| I liked MTV when they played videos and had the Zappa kids hosting. Does anyone remember Moon? I don't think you can remake a movie that is still playing in theatres. How about Rocky II the voyage home. Oh wait I think those have been used already. |

| How about creating some original material MTV!
Leave the genius of old alone, and come up with your own ideas to butcher...cripes. Do you not think today's youth can relate to the original, so you need to turn it into something it isn't to appeal to a current generation? BOO! It's a classic for a reason, don't mess with it...please. |

| This is a horrible idea; if this goes through, it will be an abonmination to not only The Rocky Horror Picture show, but to film in general. What's done is done; Hollywood needs to start finding new ideas rather than rehashing old ones. There has not been a single remake to hit the screens that has not been an utter disappointment, nay, a mockery to the original article. What would the original cast say? What would Richard O'Brien do? Stop production now! |

| We don't need a remake of the movie. The stage show tours regularly here in Britain with new casts and pop culture references. So we DON'T need a 'new' movie doing the same. Boo to MTV! |

| There is nothing that I could type that people haven't already typed, but that doesn't stop me from doing it. I am sick and tired of this bullshit MTV mainstream ruining everything it gets its hands on. Take a look at Linkin Park. They're ruined. But Linkin Park is insignificant compared to the best cult movie of all time; and it's trying to turn it into another Linkin Park. I see that some of the songs aren't even going to be in the piss-poor remake idea. WHAT THE FLYING F*CK? Seriously? No, you cannot take a perfect movie like Rocky and add the MTV logo to it. Lips is the only Logo to that movie, and that's that.
MTV, thanks for ruining another brilliant thing. |

| Damnit, this is one of the greatest cult classics of all time... And, it's somewhat dirty. Remaking it will not only take away its original value, but it will make it into cheap popculture mainstream trash, a complete defilement of what it was originally meant to be. |

| SHAME ON YOU, MTV! Just because you COULD remake something, it certainly doesn't mean you SHOULD. MTV ought to concentrate on its own programming - it stopped being about music and now it's a reality-bloody-TV channel! Don't touch RHPS, leave it alone! |

| I'm usually all about remakes but this is too much. the reason The Rocky Horror Picture Show is so popular is because of the time period it was made in. if the youth today wants to know what the Rocky Horror Picture Show was all about, they should watch the original and learn to develop a sense of Irony. MTV which has brought us such horrible things like Legally Blonde: The Musical should take a step back and think, is this really a good idea? |
